2011 Wellness Challenge

 › All five of the branch locations within the River Valley Regional YMCA association will be participating in the challenge - Eastern Lycoming, Williamsport, Jersey Shore, Bradford County and Tioga County.

› Each branch will have one overall winner and four additional winners drawn at random.

› The overall branch winner at EL will receive a 1-year membership and a chance to win the Grand Prize Package!

› Our winners will represent the Eastern Lycoming Branch YMCA in our first annual 'RVR Tournament.' Our group will participate against teams representing the other branches in a series of fun team challenges in hope to take home the first ever 'Branch Pride' trophy, as well as enjoy an indoor 'family-style' cookout.

Your end result will be a stronger, healthier body that has improved cardio vascular fitness, flexibility, as well as enhanced muscular strength and endurance! Challenge yourself for a healthier you!
