This year, you are participating in an Olympic Experience! Earning metals as you log your calories.

EL YMCA brought the Branch Pride Trophy back for the second year in a row by burning over 186,180 calories!

Challenge Details

• You will keep track of your progress and move your "Olympian" on our board, once you have reached a medal level, hand your card in to a personal trainer to receive your medal and new tracking card.

Bronze Metals - burn 12,000 calories

Silver Metals - burn 20,000 calories

Gold Metals - reach 28,000 calories 

• The top 5 calorie burners from each branch will be tallied and the highest number will earn the branch pride trophy!

• Only activities within the YMCA will count. We will honor Williamsport branch attendance, but you are only eligiable to participate at one location.

• Anyone reaching the GOLD level is eligible to participate in THE GAMES on December 12th

• The GAMES will consist of a short calorie based spin ride, 1/2 mile walk or run and finishes with a pool length run or walk to the finish line. You will be competing against the other 4 branch YMCA's (Jersey Shore, Tioga, Bradford, and Williamsport). The fastest time of the night will win an Atlantic City weekend package-Two hotel nights, one show and one dinner! Other prizes will be awarded throughtout the evening.
