As part of your membership, we offer Fitness Center Orientations by appointment so that feel comfortable right from the start of your workout.  Let one of our friendly, trained staff members show you all of our equipment.  Based on your fitness level, interests, and goals, we can help you plan and start implementing an exercise strategy based on three components:

• Cardiovascular Endurance

• Flexibility

• Muscle Fitness

Amrit Yoga    Amrit Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice. Think of each Amrit Yoga session not as an exercise class for your body alone, but as a discipline for your body and mind.  Amrit Yoga is not just about performing postures but about the consciousness in which you perform them.

Cardio Blast    This class combines traditional step and timed cardio activities for all fitness levels. As a group, you'll progress through several stations all designed to raise your heart rate and challenge your body with resistance equipment.  

Boot Camp    Come prepared to take your workout to the next level! Boot Camp workouts are a great way to get fit, lose fat, and have fun. This class focuses on full body fitness by incorporating a combination of cardio, strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility to challenge the body and get results.  

Butt Busters  This is a group favorite! Our focus on low body activities designed to tone and strengthen. Some core work is also incorporated for good measure. Bands, tubing, medicine balls and gliders will be used. This is a low-impact class.

Definitions    A class designed to tone and strengthen your entire body using the bands, balls, weights, steps, and body bars.

Drums Alive®     A combination of the benefits that a traditional physical fitness program with the brain-affected benefits of music and rhythm provides. Drums Alive® is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Fusion      A Body Bar is used while you perform compound cardio exercises “fused” with stability & strength to promote a healthier, leaner, better performing body that will carry over into everyday physical demands.

Hard Core     Geared toward the advanced level fitness enthusiasts and competitive athletes, this class focuses on the complete picture of total body fitness. Cutting edge drills used in professional training camps are brought to you in the form of high intensity interval training, speed & agility drills, dynamic core work, and partner resistance band training - all for maximum results. Reveal the “athlete” in you!

Pilates    Pilates workouts focus first on developing strength through the core of the body--the back, abdomen and hips. Providing a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination.

PILOXING®   Come try the latest Hollywood fitness craze! PILOXING uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape.  

Power Hour     An hour of fun with one of your favorites! Diana Logan always brings energy and a positive attitude to your workout while incorporating a wide variety of fitness equipment. Each week, she will mix it up with a combination of cardiovascular workouts that are sure to energize you. 

'Row, Ride and Redefine' Interval Class    This class is geared toward the intermediate to advanced level enthusiast. You will progress through several stations covering cardio, strength, stability, balance, core, agility, and body-weight activities. Equipment will vary. Water Rowers, Spin Bikes, Step, medicine balls, and stability balls will be incorporated.

SilverSneakers®-Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM)   Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination. Participants will improve their functional activities for daily living, physical fitness level, and sense of well-being. 

Simply Stretching       This class is a stretching class designed to improve flexibility, as well as improve body alignment and range of motion. All fitness levels welcome. 

Spinning       This fun and challenging class is appropriate for all fitness levels. The intensity of your workout is determined by your resistance and the music tempo.  Be ready for the ride of your life!  See the instructor for bike set-up if you are a beginner.  Bring a towel and water.

Step & Tone     This is a high-energy cardio step class that includes muscle toning for a total body workout!

Triple X     This interval based class will cover three physical avenues to improve your current fitness level – Cardio, Strength & Toning -all together in one class! Be ready to enjoy “rounds” of fun!

Walking & Weights   Join Julie for a 45-minute class that is for everyone. You will walk laps of our indoor track and meet in the middle for exercises that emphasizing strength.

Yoga         A basic yoga class using hatha style vinyasas to build your fitness level and increase your range of motion.

Zumba®         Ditch the workout, join the party! This effective, unique, and fun workout combines Latin and international music to create and aerobic interval routine using fast and slow rhythms.
